Don't worry, we do not expect every joke to be have a queer key word in it, in fact likely not most of them. Only your overall theme has to relate to queer experiences. But what does this look like? Well, for example, your theme could be a story about working in a right-wing bar as a overt trans person. That would be the "conflict" of the narrative, and jokes could be about direct responces, or jokes about the right-wing people or town, or jokes about the bar work itself. Maybe these could have "joke toppers" which add a queer flair, but this is not necessary. In this example, its still a queer experience, and still has an activist agenda of discussing these moments, but also can go on little tangents too. If anything, being queer is often being intersectional (your queer experiences will relate to other marginalised catergories). So, as we are "queer" and "inclusive", please also feel free to discuss other parts of your identity (for example mental health, disability, class etc.). Basically, in a cheesy way: be you, all of you.

As we are an inclusive group against gatekeeping, we are not going to reject you based on your identity (that is far too hypocritical). However, as our name suggests, we are also a queer group before being inclusive. Therefore, all projects must have a queer theme and message. If you are cishet, and thus can not talk about your own experiences, we would recommend creating a satirical piece on something you are passionate about, have second-hand experience of (for example something relating to a person close to you), and done in a very respectful way that acknowledges your position outside of the community.
